Podcast: “Finding Your Brave Voice” with Gillian Walter

We often hear the statement, “You found your Voice.” What exactly does that mean? Today’s podcast will help us explore the meaning of that statement. Gillian will share part of her own story on how she has found her voice and will provide examples of how we can speak from our own authentic self to calm our stress, widen our perspective, and increase our mental, emotional, and physical resourcefulness.

Are you someone who is trying to find their voice? Then be sure to listen to this podcast. Whoever you are and whatever your profession, when you align your rational and practical mind with your creative and present mind, magic happens.

Gillian Walter was born in England. She now lives on Lake Zürich in Switzerland with her family and dog and loves having different homes, languages and cultures. Her passions are people, stories, creativity and fun, which fits beautifully with her roles as Coach, Coach-Supervisor, artist, writer and educator. All these roles have the same things money can’t buy in common: safe space to breathe, peace to reflect and cleaning our reality spectacles to open up new perspectives. Add fascination, curiosity and playfulness to this mix and right there is a recipe for magic. It’s so much easier to see new and informative elements of ourselves and the systems we work in when we look with creatively a sense of fun and beginners’ mind openness. This is the foundation for my own Brave Voice and my invitation to play with the Brave Voice resources.
